West Oaks Urgent Care is an exceptional medical facility to meet your urgent health needs. The entirety of the staff are professional, compassionate, and helpful. I recently was seen by Nedira, who is a consummate medcal professional. One of the meanings of her name is extraordinary, and she was. She gave me a thorough check-up and provided me with the diagnosis and means to address what ailed me. I am grateful for the care from West Oaks Urgent Care.

I had an amazing experience at this urgent care! Dr. Nedi and her staff, Melissa and Ashley, were incredibly attentive and professional. I came in with a foot injury, and they took great care of me from start to finish. Dr. Nedi was thorough in her examination and provided clear, helpful advice for my recovery. Melissa and Ashley were both kind and efficient, making the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention. I loved the place, the staff is really nice. I saw the provider Nedi and she was very nice ,knowledgeable, and compassionate. The place is very nice and clean and always available with love and care. I love that the provider took the time to listen to me and my concerns as she took excellent care of me.

I have previously been treated at west urgent care and past experiences have been positive. The MD 's have been caring professional delightful and take their oath to care for the sick seriously They are often caring pleasant and compassionate.. However a couple days ago I visited the center and had one of the worst experience with the provider as she identified herself to me. On a prescription I found out she had a name. Nedira Abdowaise. That woman was the coldest,uncaring. Incompassionate heartless human being I've ever encountered in the medical field in all my yrs as a R N, (retired)and as a patient.. i went there for what t thought was the flu, the lady came out from the back stood at the door asked why was here. In the room she stood about 3ft away hands crossed and asked the same question. The front desk clerk was courteous and kind. took temperature and pressure. Nedira proceeded to listen to my lung through 4layers of clothing (I was freezing)looked at my throat then came her diagnosis..She had absolutely no interest and did not care whether I was able to eat or drink and certainly not interested in whether I had the flu , covid or something else even though I told her I'd been having the symptoms for a few days and did take into consideration my age with those symptoms. No tests done she told me i had an infection and ordered some medication. The pharmacist where I went to pick up the medication show more concern for my well-being that Nedira did. This has been the worst experience I've ever encountered with anyone in the medical field and at west oaks urgent care..Nedira Abdowaise does not uplift the medical profession in the way she treats a sick person who is seeking care.

The best experience I’ve had at an urgent care! Staff was super friendly even when I called before I was having phone issues and she couldn’t hear me well but was still so polite and assisted me. Got in and out very quickly. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Definitely will be returning next time I’m needed medical assistance. Thank you for being so great today!
