They took great care of me the ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. This is my goto from now on.

Called and told receptionist my symptoms and she was very curt and unprofessional. She cut me off and said its a walk in clinic you can come in then started quoting me prices that were collected up front without asking if I had insurance or not. I have good insurance with a 30.00 copay but after the conversation with that person I definitly will not be going there. Very poor customer service

Been coming here for a while now since I don't have insurance, reasonable self pay price. My visits here are always quick and fast. Everyone is nice and kind.

Well for me to walk into WOUC I must be in need for medical attention. And today I was feeling very ill and also may I add I have a few disabilities. And the guy that sits behind the desk felt to comfortable with his words with me. Honestly it hurt my feelings, not knowing about my disabilities, but I relieved that everyone doesn’t have professionalism within, and it doesn’t matter what field you’re in everyone deserves RESPECT. When I left there I felt worse than I was feeling from his disrespect.While sitting behind the desk he should be counting his blessings.And stay in his place.Because truth he’s not better than anyone else and he’s surely not perfect.
